Version 0.5 is the third major version of HoloCure - Save the Fans!. This update added the members of Hololive JP Gen 1 and JP Gen 2, the Achievement and Fandom systems, the Stamp system, the Enchantment system, three new Stages, and a number of new weapons, items, and collabs. It also added support for full mouse controls.

This update added the Achievement, Stamp, Enchantment and Fandom Systems to the game as well as full mouse support and general changes to most existing aspects of the game. The new content includes 9 new characters from Hololive Japan's generation 1 and 2, 11 items. 7 collabs, 3 stages, 2 weapons and various new outfits for the 20 characters already in the game.
